Wherever space considerations are a concern,
large volumes of air, or lack of a mechanical equipment room,
allow Industrial Air Products to engineer a penthouse unit for
your installation. You can house your entire mechanical system,
including chillers, compressors, and boilers in one packaged or
modular unit. Industrial Air Products will provide a factory pre-piped,
pre-wired system complete with factory installed and tested controls.
Our experienced staff can also provide single source on-site assembly
for installations requiring component assembly.
These
rooftop system saves valuable manufacturing space. As for maintenance,
catwalks and monorails offer easy equipment service. For harsh
climates, service corridors are available. Another advantage is,
you can move ductwork to the outside or install a new system without
interrupting production.
To replace existing systems, modular Retro-fit
and Penthouse units are available. Many are alternatives to over-crowded
mechanical and electrical equipment rooms. These units conform
to existing openings and utility connections. High on-site construction
costs are cut with factory installed components.
